We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, American Express or other credit and debit cards to complete orders on Shyness. All orders are secured by Shopify.
The prices on Shyness are quoted for in GBP. All orders are charged for in GBP.

All prices include statutory value added tax.

Our items are offered subject to availability of stock. We will inform you by email, or telephone, as soon as possible after an order has been placed if any item is no longer available in stock. If an item is not available, the order may be cancelled by Shyness.

All transaction details are encrypted to a secure server host. In the event of payment refusal we will contact you via phone or email. Please note we do not accept payment via bank transfers.

We deliver to most countries globally via tracking courier services. After placing an order we will send you the tracking details. The order can be tracked from dispatch to delivery. We will only send a delivery to the address given by you when placing the order.

Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods.

Delivery costs depend on the size of the item, the geographical location to which it is to be delivered, and the delivery method.

If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these.

At the time of delivery all items must be examined to ensure that any damages are recorded in writing on the carrier’s delivery note.

 Tax on purchases made on Shyness.store cannot be recovered through the VAT Retail Export Scheme.

Return Policy

To return an item please notify us at shop@shyness.store in order to process your refund accordingly.

New and unworn items must be returned in their original unused condition and packaging, with all tags attached, within 14 days after the date on which the order was received.

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please noted the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Regrettably the return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the purchaser.

The return of faulty or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be refunded and will be sent back as is to the purchaser.

We strongly advise all purchasers check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags, or disposing of any original packaging. Please notify us immediately if you receive any item that is faulty or damaged.

No returns, refund or exchange will be offered on items purchased at reduced or sale price.
